titled ‘Ruffled’ is an original Acrylic painting of a Wooper Swan preening itself at Lake Kussharo. Over 300 Whooper Swans congregate at winter every year. While the surface of the lake freezes it’s geothermal springs prevent any ice forming by the coastal belt where they flock.
