OPEN THEME NOMINEE

It is always a delight when a collector reaches out with vehicles they own that would make a great painting. That was the case with this Ford Roadster. My collector has quite the eye for gorgeous cars to collect and sell. I just loved how he captured the foliage in the bodywork of this Ford. It was mesmerizing to paint and quite a challenge. I definitely enjoyed the abstract aspects of this piece. So fun! This painting won Best of Show in the Bill Neale Automotive Artists award that included artists from all over the USA. Such an honor!
